Pre and After Sales Application Engineer – Process / Mechanical

Pre and After Sales Application Engineer – Process / Mechanical

Place of Work:
Our Offices in Neenah WI and Chicago IL (must be willing to travel)

Main responsibilities:

  • Support sales and service teams for implementation of CADISON® solution
  • Performing product presentations for the CADISON® product range (P&ID, 3D design, Electrical, Steel, Project Engineer, etc.)
  • Benchmarking of customer drawings / models in CADISON® for customer specific requirements
  • Preparing and conducting webinars
  • Project support and technical advice to our customers
  • Conduct training among our customers
  • Participation in trade fairs, workshops and symposia

Key responsibilities

Desired Skills & Experience.

  • Experience of 2 to 5 years or more in Engineering Solutions in plant engineering industry with a good track record
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Process)
  • CAD / CAE skills (preferably AutoCAD or Bentley, CADWorx, Smart Plant 3D, Aveva etc.)
  • Experience / Exposure to Plant & Process, Food & Beverage or Power, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Oil &Gas, Power, Water, etc.
  • Knowledge of process engineering and plant design
  • You should independently and team-oriented work can
  • Good communication skills (English ) spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently as part of a global CADISON® team

Business Development – Plant Engineering Solution

  • Introduction of CADISON® to the assigned markets and sectors
  • Focus on generating new business for CADISON® Solution in Mechanical, Plant & Process, and Industrial Automation Sectors. (Water, Power, Chemical, F&B, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Equipment Manufacturers, etc.)
  • Leverage network and contacts to explore business, identifying target accounts, generate prospect funnel, handle the sales cycle, map accounts and close business
  • Create a plan to address the above markets & execute on the plan to achieve business/ revenue targets
  • Manage the sales process for new business opportunities in the assigned geography/account
  • Branding through participating in various events, exhibitions and conducting CADISON® seminars

Key responsibilities

Desired Skills & Experience.

  • Experience of 2 to 5 years in Engineering Solutions/Services with a good track record of achieving sales targets
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Process). Post-Graduate with specialization in Management/ Business will be an advantage
  • Experience of selling in Engineering solutions / Design Services industry with a good track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience / Exposure to Plant & Process, Food & Beverage or Power, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Oil &Gas, Power, Water, etc.
  • Experience across the entire sales cycle in the solutions sales business model
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently as part of a global sales team
